Jinyang molded FRP insulator products are compression-molded electrical insulation components made from high-strength, flame-retardant composite. Designed for high-voltage and outdoor electrical service, they combine excellent dielectric strength with mechanical toughness and weather resistance.

How It Works

Flame-retardant SMC or BMC compound is molded under heat and pressure into the required shed and body geometry. The finished insulator provides electrical isolation between live parts and grounded structures, while its shed profile sheds rain and dirt to maintain creepage distance outdoors. Metal inserts or threads can be molded in for fixing.
