Jinyang designs and manufactures precision SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) compression molds for producing high-strength, dimensionally accurate FRP composite parts. Built from tool steel with hardened cavities, our molds deliver the repeatability and surface finish required for automotive, electrical, and infrastructure components.

How It Works

Sheets of SMC compound are placed into the heated mold cavity. Under high pressure and temperature, the material flows and cures to the finished shape. The mold controls wall thickness, rib geometry, surface texture, and undercuts, and opens automatically to eject the finished part cycle after cycle.
