Yellow Pultruded Profile

Yellow Pultruded Profile

Jinyang yellow pultruded FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) profiles are the standard safety-color composite sections used in industrial structures, railings, and platforms. High-visibility yellow combines with corrosion resistance and high strength-to-weight performance for safe, long-lasting FRP construction.

How It Works

Glass fibers are pulled through resin mixed with yellow pigment and a precision die, so the bright color runs through the profile. The pultrusion process forms angles, channels, tubes, and beams in consistent yellow, cut to length and assembled into structures that remain visible outdoors.

Key Features

• Safety yellow finish - high-visibility through-color marks safety structures clearly.

• Corrosion resistant - resists moisture, chemicals, and outdoor weathering.

• High strength-to-weight - structural performance at low weight for easy erection.

• Electrical insulation - non-conductive for safe railing and support use.

• Color stays - through-body yellow never peels or needs repainting.

• Multiple shapes - angles, channels, I-beams, tubes, and bars in yellow.

Technical Options

Angles, channels, tubes, and beams up to 400 mm, lengths up to 12 m. Standard safety yellow; polyester or vinyl ester resin; UV-stabilized grade available.

Typical Applications

Safety railings, walkway edges, guardrails, frame structures, and color-coded industrial platforms.
