FRP Round Tube Profile

FRP Round Tube Profile

Jinyang FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) round tubes are pultruded circular composite profiles used as structural poles, rails, and sleeves. Light, strong, and corrosion resistant, they offer a clean cylindrical shape for handrails, supports, and lightweight structures where metal would rust or conduct electricity.

How It Works

Continuous glass fibers are pulled through a resin bath and a circular die, producing a constant round cross-section along the profile. The hollow tube combines high axial strength with low weight, and can be cut, drilled, and joined with standard fittings to form frames and structures.

Key Features

• High strength-to-weight - strong axial stiffness at a fraction of steel weight.

• Corrosion resistant - resists moisture, chemicals, and outdoor weathering.

• Electrical insulation - non-conductive for safe railing and support use.

• Smooth round surface - clean appearance for handrails and exposed structures.

• Dimensional consistency - pultrusion holds roundness and wall thickness along length.

• Low maintenance - no painting or rust-proofing required.

Technical Options

Outside diameters 20-300 mm, wall thickness 3-10 mm, lengths up to 6 m. Standard or UV-stabilized resin, various colors, and custom diameters available.

Typical Applications

Handrails and guardrails, fence posts, antenna poles, tent poles, structural columns, and cable trays.
