Colorful FRP Rectangular Tube

Colorful FRP Rectangular Tube

Jinyang colorful FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) rectangular tubes are pultruded composite profiles available in a range of through-body colors. Light, strong, and corrosion resistant, they combine structural performance with bright visual finish for railings, frames, and decorative or industrial structures.

How It Works

Continuous glass fibers are pulled through a resin bath and heated die, forming a constant rectangular cross-section. Color pigment is mixed into the resin so color runs through the profile, not just a surface coat. The finished tubes are cut to length and used as structural members in frames, handrails, and supports.

Key Features

• Through-body colors - bright yellow, gray, green, red, and custom colors that never peel or chip.

• High strength-to-weight - stiffer than aluminum at lower weight, easy to handle.

• Corrosion resistant - resists moisture, chemicals, and UV for outdoor use.

• Electrical insulation - non-conductive for safe use near electrical systems.

• Dimensional consistency - pultrusion holds tight cross-section tolerances along the length.

• Low maintenance - no painting or rust-proofing required.

Technical Options

Rectangular sections from 20x10 mm to 200x100 mm, wall thickness 3-10 mm, standard lengths up to 6 m. Custom colors and special resin grades available.

Typical Applications
