Multi-cavity O-ring Rubber Mold

Multi-cavity O-ring rubber mold produces rubber O-rings and sealing rings in a 5×5 grid of circular cavities. The flat square die plate is designed for compression molding of precision elastomer seals.

Cavity Design

Each cavity is a precisely machined circular groove with a central post that forms the O-ring's inner diameter. Twenty-five O-rings are molded per cycle. The cavity dimensions are held to tight tolerances because O-ring sealing performance depends on accurate cross-section and inner diameter.
