The Jinyang FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) prefabricated pump station tank is the corrosion-resistant composite barrel that forms the body of an integrated pump station. Filament-wound and built to pressure and soil-load specifications, it is the structural core that receives pumps, piping, and controls.

How It Works

The cylindrical tank is filament-wound with continuous glass fiber and resin, giving a smooth inner surface and strong, stiff wall. It is designed to withstand internal liquid pressure and external soil and groundwater loads. Top flange and bottom base accept pumps, inlet/outlet nozzles, and the access cover, ready for field installation.
