The Jinyang large vertical FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) storage tank is a filament-wound, upright vessel engineered for high-volume liquid storage where floor space is limited. With diameters up to 12 meters and capacities exceeding 150 m3, it delivers the corrosion resistance of FRP for chemical, water, and industrial effluent storage in a compact vertical footprint.

How It Works

The tank body is produced by continuous filament winding with polyester or vinyl ester resin and E-glass fiber, forming a seamless upright shell. Liquid enters through the top inlet or manway, is held under controlled conditions, and exits through the bottom side outlet. A flat or dished bottom supports the vessel on a concrete plinth, while reinforcing rings and stiffeners maintain shape under full load and partial vacuum.
