The Jinyang horizontal FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) storage vessel is a filament-wound, corrosion-resistant container engineered for the reliable storage of corrosive liquids and industrial fluids. Mounted horizontally on steel or FRP saddles, it offers a low center of gravity, straightforward nozzle arrangement, and easy installation for chemical processing, water treatment, and manufacturing facilities.

How It Works

The vessel body is produced by continuous filament winding with vinyl ester or polyester resin and E-glass fiber, forming a seamless high-pressure shell. Liquid is charged through the top inlet, held under controlled conditions, and drained through the side outlet. Internal anti-corrosion liners, external UV gel coat, and optional insulation are selected according to the stored medium and ambient environment.
