The Jinyang FRP filament wound pipe is manufactured by computer-controlled continuous winding of resin-impregnated glass fibers. This automated process produces a uniform, high-strength pipe ideal for pressure piping, buried mains, and corrosive fluid service where consistent quality and long-term reliability are essential.

How It Works

Glass fibers are wound under controlled tension over a rotating mandrel, alternating angle and hoop orientations to build a structural wall. A resin-rich inner liner provides corrosion resistance. The finished pipe cures on the mandrel, yielding a dimensionally accurate, pressure-rated product with predictable strength.
