The Jinyang FRP mortar pipe, also known as reinforced plastic mortar (RPM) pipe, is a filament-wound fiberglass pipe with a quartz-sand filled structural layer. Designed for buried pressure and non-pressure applications, it combines the corrosion resistance of FRP with high stiffness and long service life for water, wastewater, and industrial piping.

How It Works

The pipe is manufactured by continuous filament winding: an inner corrosion-resistant liner is over-wrapped with glass fibers and resin, and a quartz-sand filled structural layer provides ring stiffness. The finished pipe resists groundwater and soil loads without external coating, and is joined by rubber-ring couplings or flanges.
