FRP Electric Gate Valve

FRP Electric Gate Valve

The Jinyang FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) electric gate valve is a motorized sluice gate with a corrosion-resistant composite body. Light, rust-proof, and operated by an electric actuator, it is ideal for water, wastewater, and chemical channels where metal gates would corrode.

How It Works

The FRP gate frame sits in the channel or pipe wall. An electric actuator raises or lowers the FRP gate plate to open or close flow, with mechanical stops and position indication. The composite body and plate resist moisture and chemicals, giving long outdoor life without painting.

Key Features

• FRP body - corrosion resistant and never rusts in wet service.

• Electric actuator - reliable open/close by push button or remote control.

• Light weight - easier to install than heavy metal gates.

• Good sealing - gate plate seals against the frame for shut-off.

• Low maintenance - no painting or corrosion treatment needed.

• Position feedback - open/closed indication at the control panel.

Technical Options

Gate sizes 200-2000 mm, FRP frame and plate, electric actuator with push-button or remote control. Manual override available; mains or solar power options.

Typical Applications

Water channels, sewage treatment, irrigation, industrial effluent, and corrosive fluid control.
