Jinyang PVC (polyvinyl chloride) cross-fluted cooling tower fill is a high-efficiency film-fill packing used to maximize water-to-air contact in cooling towers. Made from UV-resistant, thermoformed PVC sheets, it delivers high cooling performance with low pressure drop for industrial and commercial towers.

How It Works

Thin PVC sheets are thermoformed with parallel cross-fluted corrugations and bonded or hot-vacuum formed into packs. Water spreads as a thin film across the corrugated surfaces while air flows through the channels, transferring heat from water to air. The large wetted surface area gives efficient cooling in a compact volume.
