What Certifications and Test Reports Do You Provide with FRP Products?

Documentation is as important as the product itself, especially for export and EPC projects. We supply a standard set of factory documentation with every order, and can provide third-party inspection when required.

Standard Documentation Included

• Manufacturer's mill / material certificates (resin, glass fiber batches)

• Laminate schedule and wall thickness report (measured by ultrasonic)

• Dimensional inspection record

• Hydrostatic / pneumatic pressure test record (for pressure tanks and pipes)

• Spark / holiday test record on the corrosion barrier (for tanks)

• Assembly drawing and installation manual

• Packing list and commercial invoice

International Standards We Work To

Third-Party Inspection

We accept SGS, BV, TÜV, Lloyd's or any customer-named inspector at our factory before shipment. Inspection points usually include wall thickness, straightness, surface quality and hydrotest. The cost of third-party inspection is normally borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Factory Certifications

Our factory operates under ISO 9001 quality management. Product-specific test reports are issued per batch. For tenders requiring CE, SONCAP, CO or FORM A, these can be arranged through our forwarder.
